These terms govern the use of Got Koffee (gotkoffee.com), a B2B pipeline generation and email outreach SaaS operated from Peru. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Got Koffee provides prospect research, lead lists, AI-assisted copywriting, and B2B email campaign sending/tracking tools. The service is provided “as is” and evolves continuously; we may add, change, or retire features, with notice for material changes.
Each account belongs to an isolated workspace (tenant). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the service only for legitimate B2B outreach and to comply with the laws applicable to your recipients (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, LGPD, Peruvian LPDP). Prohibited: deceptive or illegal content, impersonation, purchased lists without a legal basis, and any sending that produces abnormal bounce or spam-complaint rates.
We may suspend accounts that put the platform's sending reputation at risk. Per-plan sending and lead quotas also exist as a deliverability safeguard.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record: your purchase contract is with Paddle, which handles charging, applicable taxes, and invoices. Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
Prices and limits for each plan are shown on the billing page. When a quota is exceeded the service degrades (sending or lead generation pauses) — no data is ever lost.
You can cancel at any time from the subscription portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. The refund policy is detailed on the refund page.
Your data (lists, messages, configuration) is yours. You grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service. The platform's software, brand, and models belong to Got Koffee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Got Koffee's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (replies, meetings, or sales).
